1. Order in the queue. After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted into the queue. The customer can always cancel his order before processing (on tel. 041 669 111 or mail firstname.lastname@example.org). Comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider's website. He also receives an order confirmation in the electronic form in his mail.
The sales contract (placed order and statuses) is electronically posted on the mibomodel server.
Note: If the item has a price of 0.00 € and without stock, the price will be announced later.
2. Order confirmed. if the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing when the bidder reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the bidder notifies the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract on the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
3. Goods shipped. The bidder prepares, dispatches the goods within the agreed deadline, and notifies the buyer by e-mail. In the mentioned e-mail, the bidder also informs the buyer about the return policy, where he can turn in case of delay in delivery and where he can turn in case of a complaint.
The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his acquaintance with them by placing an order. Method and cost of delivery and order processing
For purchases lower than 90.00 EUR, shipping costs in the amount of 5.00 EUR are added to you, for purchases over 90.00 EUR, we pay the postage.
There is no minimum order, but for orders under the value of 15 EUR, we charge a "packing surcharge" in the amount of 2.50 EUR which covers the cost of packaging and money transfer to our account.
We do not send goods by mail with the possibility of spillage or. fragile goods!
For us, packages are delivered by GLS and DPD, which deliver most packages on the next working day (if the item is in stock) after notification of shipment. If you are not at the stated address at the time of delivery, you can pick up the package at your nearest one and arrange a delivery date with the courier or you pick it up at the GLS shop or parcel machine.
The package leaves us the same day
You can also pick up the items in person at our store Mibo modeli d.o.o. Tržaška cesta 87b 1370 Logatec during the working hours of the store or by prior arrangement on tel. 041 669 111 between 8-15 p.m.
The delivery cost is 5.00 EUR.
Our partners deliver packages to the address entered when placing the order.
As the delivery service delivers items within working hours, you can also choose to deliver to any other name or address. For example, to work. If you have chosen cash on delivery as the method of payment at the time of purchase, please make sure that the recipient of the shipment has enough cash with him. If delivery to a business address is selected, the courier will deliver the package to an authorized person to pick up shipments at the company.
If you are not at the intended place at the time of delivery (company, office, hospital, dormitory, etc.), the delivery person will leave a message with instructions for further action.
We will inform you via e-mail about possible longer delivery times. In case the longer delivery time does not suit you, you can let us know and we will remove the item from the order or replace it with another one.
Due to the different availability of products, the order can be divided into several shipments. We can ship them in part or all at once. We will inform you of this in an additional e-mail and, depending on your decision, send you the desired items. For partial delivery, we will send you the items that are in stock immediately, and the rest when they become available. Any delivery costs will be charged only for the first shipment, and for later shipments, we will bear the delivery cost to us. If you get tired of waiting, you can let us know and we will remove the missing item from your order.

Treatment of damaged shipments (damages)
If you suspect that the shipment was damaged during delivery, inspect the received goods immediately and in the presence of a postal worker (courier). All subsequent complaints of damage to the goods are taken into account by the carriers only exceptionally and our company cannot solve them either. Enter any damage in the minutes, which the postal worker (courier) is obliged to sign.
Pay special attention to goods that have a GLASS, FRAGILE or similar label. Any jingling in the manipulation is probably a sign of broken content which of course I am dealing with
